Eight - Oralhygenification

Not much today. Went to the dentist, cause it's been a while. I must have had more anesthesia than ever before, or maybe it had been a while, cause I was numb for most of the day. I ready hate that dead feeling in your face. I was paranoid to eat lunch; I kept thinking of chewing on my lip or tongue. I seemed to have made it through the experience. I don't really mind the dentist, I actually really don't like the minor occlusal change that you realize after the Novocain wears off. It'll be a couple of weeks for me to get used to the 0.5mm change, maybe it's only perception, but it is noticeable. Anyway, to make a short story shorter, eat less chocolate, and drink less coffee with less sugar more quickly.
